1 day ago · Positive: good way to stay in touch with friends. Caveat: IF FB decides to show you one another's posts. Negatives: FB algorithm seems random. I keep going to friends' pages and reacting/commenting on their posts but FB shows me what it wants. Also, I can be in the middle of reading a post and FB suddenly refreshes and that post is gone.

Unfortunately, the AI solution FB uses to control content, especially, in Indian vernacular languages is very primitive and not at all fit to purpose. This creates confusion, frustration, dispute, disappointment and perhaps attrition.
