Since then, the Company became a member of the wider Lai Sun Group and, together with eSun, specialise in the media and entertainment markets. In March 2023, eSun has merged with Media Asia involving a share exchange offer by way of a scheme of arrangement. Upon completion of the merger, Media Asia was delisted at 4:00 p.m. on 20 March 2023.
