Dec 20, 2013 · Dhoom 3 is set in Chicago. A man named Iqbal, an Indian, runs the great Indian circus there. Times are a changing and so the he finds himself in a tight spot. He finds himself let down by his bank and after they turn him down, Iqbal goes in to shock. This shock manages to teach him a lesson: to bring the bank down.
