In order to start up the game, you need to open Appdata/local/MK11/GameSettings.cfg, and change both rgb configs to off. Worked for me, so I hope it helps. Open the file Usersettings.ini in a text editor, and search for both fields “RGBPeripherals” and “RGBKeyLighting”, and change from on to off.
