Office LTSC is the latest perpetual version of Office for commercial and government customers, a device-based license available as a one-time, “perpetual” purchase, available on both platforms (Windows and Mac). Like the previous version Office 2019, Office LTSC will include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access (Windows only) and Publisher (Windows only).
