In fact, it wasn’t until 1998’s Black Sails In The Sunset that the real AFI began to show themselves.

AFI (abbreviated for A Fire Inside) is an American rock band originally formed in Ukiah, California, in 1991. Since 1998, it consists of Davey Havok (lead vocalist), Adam Carson (drummer), Hunter Burgan (bassist and keyboardist), and Jade Puget (bassist and also keyboardist). Havok and Carson are the two remaining original members.
