An Evening In Paris (Hindi: Paris Ki Ek Shaam) is a 1967 Indian romantic thriller film produced and directed by Shakti Samanta, with story by Sachin Bhowmick. It revolves in the French capital city of Paris. It stars Shammi Kapoor, Sharmila Tagore (in a double role), along with Pran, K. N. Singh as the villains, Rajendranath in the comic subplot.
After being left brokenhearted several times, wealthy, beautiful Deepa travels to City of Love Paris to live in her palatial house and meets Shyam (Sam), an Indian who is fascinated by her beauty. She tries to ignore him and finally pretends to be the housemaid.

In romantic Paris, two Parisians of Indian origin are in love: Shyam (Sam) and Roopa. Mystery and intrigue surround this romance, as Roopa is abducted and held by criminal mastermind Jack and his minions, who will trade her for a hefty ransom.
Oct 1, 2011 · When Shekhar gets Deepa drunk and takes her to his room, Sam and Makhan Singh rescue her by calling him from the hotel reception desk. Shekhar mistakes them for Jack (KN Singh) and his goon Juggu (Shetty), to whom he owes a lot of money. And as it turns out, Jack and Juggu are in Switzerland—and they are shocked when they get a look at Deepa.
Trivia. An Evening in Paris. At one scene where Shammi Kapoor asked a young boy to kick him on a shin are a copy from It Happened at the World's Fair 1963, starring Elvis Presley. Clabbe from Sweden discovered a catchy Bollywood song "An Evening in Paris " and turned it into disco tune.
