I have amd ryzen 5 3550h with 8 cores. But my task manager is not showing that. I can see how many cores i have in device information. And i saw a solution for it from microsoft community (in this). But i opened my run and then type "msconfig".Then select boot and then advanced settings. But i cant see any other core above 1 to select.

If you don't have, create one on another computer running Windows 10 and boot from it. Recovery Drive - Create in Windows 10. After that open system restore to see if there are any restore points.
