May 28, 2016 · Privilege Leave (PL) will be credited to your account at end of the year at 15 days per annum i..e. if the employee works 20 days, 1 leave is to be given. Further this leave can be encashed at the. time of quitting the job. Casual Leave (CL) will be provided as per the company policy which will be lapsed at the end.

In case of Factories Act, the uniform limit throughout the country for Annual leave with wages is 30 days (same as privilege leave) but the unavailed leave due to organisational exigencies get carried forward even if this limit is exceeded.

Dear Valencia, In erstwhile Indian Airlines one use to get 30days P/L on completion of 11months of continuous service.After it's merger with Air India the employees get 30days P/L credited on 1st April every year.In IA if an employee took say 15days P/L then the credit date use to get pushed back by 15days that is the leave use to get credited after 11months and 15days after last such credit.
