May 30, 2015 · No. Many games have been removed from sale from Steam. WHen this happens though, you retain the copy in your library. Games like Deadpool or the 007 series , or the older Anno games were on Steam but aren't any longer. But those usres who bought them can still play those games.

To save space, you can uninstall after completing the game or similar, and reinstall it when you want to play it again.
You can't permanently remove games from Steam, it says it's permanent but it's not. You can ALWAYS restore the game afterwards by going to the same support page, and when you try to buy it again it will just tell you to restore it.
Yes and no. Steam themselves will never (or has not had a case of it yet) remove a game from your library unless as others stated they remove a false key or something like that. I have so many games removed from the steam store and I can redownload them and have access to the files.
Dec 20, 2014 · Steam has a policy regarding being able to access purchased games that have been removed, this question is answerable. If the policy changes in the future, then this question will need a new answer regarding the new policy.

Jul 1, 2017 · If you had the game on your Steam and permanently removed it, then just restore the original game. You can restore permanently deleted games. I can't think of why you'd want to have 2 copies of a game registered to your Steam account.
