stevejack. 02 is usually a water problem, you'll need to check a few things. Make sure the solenoid is letting water into the unit and make sure the float valve is opening properly. Also check your dump valve if it has one. Sometimes these valves will jam open (through failure) and the water comes into the unit and runs straight out.
Panther – you can take the time as sick leave. You have a doctor certificate. Whether you lodge a claim is up to you. If you lodge a claim, it can take time to process. The company has two weeks to forward the claim, then it has to be processed. There is no 100% certainty it will be accepted.
