So first you need to look how many fps you have in corner and change setting in low/medium or high to get 60 fps in corner. ( look like crowd is the setting eating a lot of fps)

Does the cutscene utilize any extra power that's available at all or does it still compute all those in the background?

  5. Yup, I was just playing Kena: Bridge of Spirits and the game looks amazing, but the cutscene look lagging as hell because they're rendered at 24fps. I had to turn it off and see if there was a fix. Currently downloading the scenes re-rendered at 60fps now.
