May 15, 2019 · So the movie ends with an extremely selfish act of cowardice by the protagonist (not to mention murder). They should have let the killer rot in jail. No way the girl, having gone through the pain of losing her own mom mysteriously and knowing that her dad thinks his wife abandoned him, would have gone along with that either. 24.
Jun 15, 2019 · Oh! There is also this 80's film called The Stepfather. It is more cheesy than Clovehitch Killer but it is pretty fun (and the concept is pretty much the same....parent is a serial killer and the kid has to figure it out). Edit: A Good Marriage by Stephen King (if you are down for reading a short story) is very very similar and I rather liked it.

Nov 28, 2018 · 1 week late, but I just saw the movie. I don't think she knew much. The scene where the dad can't get it up made me think that their relationship was vanilla as they come. Although, the tool shed is suspicious af. The movie didn't establish a decoy hobby. She might have been told that the uncle was the killer and believed that at face value.

May 26, 2022 · Reading your post's description the first film that comes to my mind is Zodiac, but If you want to watch a serial killer film that isn't based of real experiences, I recommend you Se7en, the silence of the lambs or Memories of Murder. The Postcard Killings was a good one. In the Cut.
