The most famous Okayama attraction is Korakuen Garden, which is known as one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan (along with Kenroku-en in Kanazawa and Kairaku-en in Mito). This hillside garden has views of the city and an incredible 1000 cherry trees—they stretch on and on and you feel fully immersed in the blooms. We chose to stay at Hotel Granvia Okayamabecause of its convenient location and we’re so glad we did.
