Mar 5, 2022 · Not a borderline scam... A total scam. I had the same experience with MYTRIP. Flight was canceled due to pandemic requested for refund airline had refunded the money to MYTRIP, but MYTRIP says they have not received the refund yet. I have proof from airline that they had refunded MYTRIP 6 months ago.

MyTrip is not a scam company, at least this company does issue valid tickets for you. Their problem lies in extremely poor customer support and some deceptive service purchases. After your flight gets cancelled, it may take months or even years to get a refund from MyTrip. 1. Reply.

May 17, 2022 · Yes they’re legit and they try with their customer service, but it’s not as smooth as buying direct from airline. I recommend being absolutely sure you get your trip /passenger details right the first time because it’s annoying to change your reservation afterwards. I also had to checkin in person instead of online. 2.
Sep 7, 2018 · W e booked a flight ticket to Barcelona by using Mytrip.com and we got our ticket all settled and such but few weeks later after the booking, they have given us a change in our ticket. I will not give you the complete details due to obvious factors, but this is what they have given us: Flight from A to B; departure at 14:00, arrival at 16:50.

I have checked almost all of the websites affiliated with mytrip (like gotogate, flygresor, travelstart, flight network - all of them are owned by the same company called etraveli group) for the same ticket and the same dates a lot of times from different browsers, VPN locations and with different currencies.

They refused to provide me a full refund even though the airline processed a full refund to them. The email support team tells you to call their number. Their call agents tell you to email.
