Jul 6, 2021 · manausbooking... you posed the question"is mytrip.com a scam company"? The answer is simply no. However, it appears you failed to know or understand the process of booking an airline ticket via an agent. .
Mytrip.com immediately charged the cost of the flights to our credit card (travel card). Two weeks later the airline changed the first flight making it impossible to make the connection to the second.

Scam. do not book your flight through mytrip. Avoid booking your flight through Mytrip. I booked a flight with a cancellation option through their platform. Due to a visa issue, I requested a cancellation. They processed it and then informed me that the only amount they received was their handling fees!
Tell them that as MyTrip's failure to supply a valid E-ticket prevented you from flying, they failed to supply the goods they contracted to provide and on that basis you need the credit card company to do a 100% charge back back to your account
