Apr 25, 2022 · Thor wins. Not that Vegeta isn't insanely strong, but Thor has done stuff on his own if not better than what's shown in Dragon Ball Super. On top of that, he can scale way higher, has tons more experience, a myriad of hax, and can reasonably resist Hakai. And that's base Thor. Odinforce or Rune King and it becomes even more in Odinson's favor.
