Ramalakshmanan Muthuchamy (born 27 August 1977) [1] professionally known as Soori, is an Indian actor and comedian who predominantly appears in Tamil cinema. Debuting in 1998, he acted in several uncredited roles before his major breakthrough in 2009's Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, where he earned the moniker Parotta Soori.
There is a difference between comedian soori and actor soori. He didn't do any cringe comdies in Garudan like he did in Samy 2. Meanwhile Santhanam does the same cringe jokes as a hero in all movies. If Soori does comedy as a hero, it wouldn't have worked out.
