With a very different tone from the two previous films, OSS 117 From Africa with Love is a much more subtle movie, with less bawdy jokes and more realistic situations but it still has its highly parodic tone. Hubert Bonisseur de la Bath tries to evolve with time but fail to do so, thankfully for the audience.
