Jan 5, 2020 · What i'm looking for is the ability to process large documents, say 50 pages of fronts, 50 pages of backs scanned in reverse order, combine them into a single PDF, then have them collated automatically, ie move page 100 to page 2, page 98 (now the new page 100) to page 4, etc, Doing this manually in "organize pages" isn't really viable.
May 9, 2011 · You scanner will scan pages in reverse order (pg. 11, 9, 7, etc.) but will interleave these pages into your PDF correctly (from bottom to top). Acrobat will display your completed PDF. Automatic document feeder (ADF) scan, long document. If your entire document does not fit into your document feeder then you have to scan it in chunks.
Jul 26, 2016 · I combined several pdf files into one binder. In the thumbnails column, the first page highlights blue around the entire page and that page is seen in full size to the right of the thumbnails column. The second thumbnail highlights in blue around the entire page but has the black "viewing window" representing what is showing full size on the screen.
Mar 21, 2018 · The original, digitally signed documents, are stored for future reference. I am increasingly convinced that it is not possible to combine digitally signed documents into a single, summary pdf, while maintaining the underlying digital signatures. Users needing summary packets will benefit from my suggested approach.
Apr 9, 2021 · Change the filename for the new combined scanned PDF. Tap on Add files button and mark the files you wish to add. Tap on Next at the top right corner. Check if all the required files are there and you may also remove any files (if required). Tap on a combine at the top right corner.

Oct 16, 2018 · I've recently noticed that my files are not combining into one PDF but into a portfolio. It does not matter if I use the tools shortcut or the tools>create function. I'm not sure what changes because when I started to use Pro DC in October I was able to do just that: combine multiple PDF's into one PDF (where the pages are 1 to infinity; not one page of one, hit arrow next for subsequent page).

May 2, 2020 · Using it to combine files would be awkward, but is possible. The script ls_rbls links below is not a batch solution, but rather an automation script that uses the documents currently open in Acrobat. The Combine Files feature in Acrobat only operates on documents that are manually selected, this feature cannot be automated.
