  3. May 9, 2011 · You scanner will scan pages in reverse order (pg. 11, 9, 7, etc.) but will interleave these pages into your PDF correctly (from bottom to top). Acrobat will display your completed PDF. Automatic document feeder (ADF) scan, long document. If your entire document does not fit into your document feeder then you have to scan it in chunks.

In the thumbnails column, the first page highlights blue around the entire page and that page is seen in full size to the right of the thumbnails column. The second thumbnail highlights in blue around the entire page but has the black "viewing window" representing what is showing full size on the screen.

  8. Oct 16, 2018 · I've recently noticed that my files are not combining into one PDF but into a portfolio. It does not matter if I use the tools shortcut or the tools>create function. I'm not sure what changes because when I started to use Pro DC in October I was able to do just that: combine multiple PDF's into one PDF (where the pages are 1 to infinity; not one page of one, hit arrow next for subsequent page).

  10. May 2, 2020 · Using it to combine files would be awkward, but is possible. The script ls_rbls links below is not a batch solution, but rather an automation script that uses the documents currently open in Acrobat. The Combine Files feature in Acrobat only operates on documents that are manually selected, this feature cannot be automated.
