- Making the Base Folds. Fold a square piece of paper in half (Start with the colored side down, white side up). Bring the bottom edge of the paper up to meet the top edge.
- Making the Diagonal Folds. Fold the paper in half diagonally. With the red side still down, take the lower right corner and bring it to meet the upper left corner.
