   • Hi all, i finaly find solution to fix fps drop (stuttering) in cutscene. After you find you setting for AMD user use chill setting to fix fps to 60 and enable V-sinc too. So Nvidia user do the same in NVdia control panel. After all of this don t forget to set quality of cutscene to 100%. Hope this will help people to run fc 24.

   How do I reduce the FPS of a cutscene?

   • Go to your settings. Theres one that limits the cutscenes to half your fps or 30 fps. Turn that off I've tried this and it's not making any difference, any ideas? oh maybe theres something else then. Changing that setting fixed it for me... Same here.

So first you need to look how many fps you have in corner and change setting in low/medium or high to get 60 fps in corner. ( look like crowd is the setting eating a lot of fps)
