I personally don't see that as the case, just many options for working with bookmarks, tabs and the like. Although there is one suggestion; make an Ad Blocker for YouTube videos.

When you type in "youtube", it shows you suggestions for other searches that are popular. People who tend to look for "youtube ads" - they tend to download an extension. This one, so it shows it as a suggested extension to cut out the middle-man of trying to find a good extension to save you time.
