Feb 8, 2018 · The scenario is single sign on enabled for the tenant. User use one account to log in computer (in the same tenant domain) and Office 365. IE and Office apps will automatically sign in their work/school accounts. If you are not in this scenario, based on my understanding, the behavior is more related to IE and operating system.
Select a user and expand the OneDrive Settings section for that user. Select “Initiate” to perform a one-time sign-out for that user that revokes active sessions across Office 365 services including Exchange Online. Aug 17, 2013 · Office 365 (2013) is intrinsically cloud based. At the very minimum you have to connect to the internet once a month (or so) to confirm you still have a valid subscription (it hasn't expired, or been cancelled/expired). I just tried to "Sign out" of an ID on my Office 2013 local install. The stupid thing asked me if I wanted to remove the account.
I'm the admin of my Microsoft 365 license (there's no other admin). I had two-step verification set up with a phone number I no longer use and now I can't access my account. Every time I log in from any device, I'm asked to enter a code sent to that phone number. I suppose my account will have to be reset externally. Hope you can help.
Oct 13, 2020 · I am not sure which Visio subscription or license you purchased for your account, but you can log into Microsoft 365 portal with your account > My account > Subscription to find out your subscription information. I assume you purchased Visio Online plan 1 or 2 license for your account.
Apr 22, 2024 · Thank you for your reply. however the remedy you recommended, "Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support." will not work. As I stated before, I am the admin and am unable to login.
