The deadline to submit your completed online application is December 4. If you plan to take the in-person Scholarship Exam (HSPT) at Xavier High School, the priority deadline for your online application is November 4 (this is a strict deadline).

Report cards from Grades 6 and 7 with final grades and current Grade 8 report cards are required. Complete the Records Request Formand give to your son's current school.
Recommendations are required. We would like two recommendations from those who know your son best as a student. That could be a current or former teacher, principal, or guidance counselor.
