Corus Quay, originally named First Waterfront Place, is an eight-storey commercial office tower located on a 2.5-acre (1.0 ha) waterfront site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Situated on the shores of Lake Ontario in Toronto’s East Bayfront community, Corus Quay is the 500,000 sf home of Corus Entertainment. Completed in 2010, the HQ amalgamated 11 locations from across Toronto's downtown into the first completed building at the East Bayfront precinct.
Corus Quay is the new headquarters for Corus Entertainment, a media company with 24 TV services and three radio stations. The LEED Gold certified building is located on the waterfront and features a green roof, a bio well and a bike storage facility.
