   • Southwestern University is located in historic Georgetown, a 30-minute drive north of the Texas State Capital, Austin. To get there, exit 261 (Georgetown) and follow Texas Highway 29 east into Georgetown, approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left at the Maple Street stoplight, the first street after the train tracks.
