    1. On your computer, open Gmail.

    2. In the top right, click Settings See all settings.

    3. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.

    4. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account.

    5. Type the email address you want to link click Next.

    6. Select Link account with Gmail (Gmailify) Next.

    After you unlink your other account from Gmail, you can choose to keep or delete existing copies of your other account's messages in your Gmail inbox.

    Gmail might organize your messages differently from other email services.

    Empty trash limit

    Messages in your "Trash" aren't deleted according to Gmail's 30-day limit, but according to the "Empty trash" limit of your other mail service.

    For example, if your other email service keeps a message in "Trash" for 60 days before permanently deleting it, you'll see the message in Gmail "Trash" for 60 days.

    Archived emails

    When you archive an email in Gmail, it’s stored in a new "Archive" folder in your other email service.
