Thor both rounds, thor in mcu is at least large planet durability meaning even a full power kamehameha from kid goku wouldn't even make him flinch. He's also a large island-country buster. And in comics he is very consistently galexy level while barely trying and can hit universal+ levels.
Goku would default to using melee in the in-character round. This lends to him getting grabbed by Thor who holds the strength advantage and subsequently subdued or crushed to death. Bloodlusted round should still go to Thor. Goku will not know about the strength discrepancy, only go for what's the better option.
Thor probably can't even touch Goku, Goku is simply too fast for him. If Thor were to land an energy-attack, it probably wouldn't effect Goku that much (he's used to that shit). But a Mojnir strike would be fairly devastating if it were to land.
