    • Coconut oil. Over the last decade, coconut oil, which is around 90% saturated fat, has become the latest trendy "superfood".     • Avocado oil. Avocado oil – a relative newcomer to the oil market – has a high content of phytochemicals and oleic acid, and can be obtained from its fruit by a cold extraction method, just like olive oil, which preserves more of the healthy chemicals found in the plant.
    • Sesame oil. Sesame oil is derived from toasted or raw sesame seeds, which are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre. However, a 2020 review of studies looking into the effects of sesame oil on our health found that there is some evidence to suggest it may improve certain biomarkers (levels in our blood that indicate risk of developing certain diseases).
