The few fights that aren't edited to death are pretty good , and there's lots of laughs to be had from the corny acting and dialogue- but its overall buffoonery doesn't raise it above trashy "midnight movie on cable" status. Its one for horny teens and dead or alive completists only. 93 out of 165 found this helpful.

   Is dead or Alive a good movie?

   • DoA: Dead or Alive is quite a good movie but you can tell it's pretty much going to be two thumbs-up for men. The story is pretty basic and doesn't really go into much detail but it's good and it's mildly entertaining. In the games, the characters have their own individual stories so the movie is different to the game but the movie works.
