- Jenn Cloninger. Lake Jackson, TX22 contributions. Love the area! Awesome location, great stores and restaurants but I love all the green space and lakes. My daughter lives in La Centerra and even thought Cinco Ranch is very busy and populated, La Centerra is very laid back and you forget that you’re sitting right next to a highway.

- P M. 11 contributions. Nice community park. Took my 7-year-old grandson here to show him how to throw a fishing line in the water. We didn't catch anything and the weather was really cold so we decided to jump over and play a game of miniature golf which was free and fun.

The Katy Heritage Park is set up like an old village, with multiple buildings for guests to visit, like a historic post office and the mess hall from the Humble Oil Recycling Plant, which was known as part of the Katy Gas Field, in operation in 1943 during World War II.
