Spice assurance can only be bought by the passengers either on www.corporate.spicejet.com or via SpiceJet’s reservations. Spice assurance is a pre-paid service, and can be bought on the payment of a refundable fees of Rupees fifty-nine (INR 59/-) per passenger, per one-way only (w.e.f. 1st April 2016).

Spice Assurance is only available for domestic flights.The Voucher issued shall be valid for 90 days, from and including the date of its issue, post which it shall automatically lapse.The service is not available for infants.This is disingenuous because as seen in flight history the flight is getting repeatedly cancelled, both the booking and Spice Assurance were added a week before departure and no new rules have been implemented due to the pandemic in the time being.
