Sep 24, 2018 · Re: mail.yahoo.com web login redirected to a BT.com page. BT or yahoo has changed it to solve an issue of ex customers getting access to their old bt emails. The problem lies with the old yahoo used to allow users to save the connection and it would largely remain quite sticky well it did for my wifes access less so for me.

I've added my post to the growing number of BT email users posting on the "email disconnections have returned" thread who are also experiencing this problem. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. Although I tick the box "keep me signed in" I get.
I can now get into my email and MyBT on my desktop but the mobile app still won't let me log into MyBT. Still I suppose something is better than nothing!
Dec 12, 2023 · Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.
