Apr 20, 2024 · I heard about getcomics.info (which redirects me to getcomics.org), but I'm wondering if I should use a VPN. I don't have one at the moment (except for a google one), and I don't really want to buy one just for a few comics. Completely unnecessary. You only need a VPN for torrenting.
Sep 13, 2020 · Get a file converter and change cbr to epub. It shouldn't reduce your image quality either. Epub is pretty useless for comics. Digital comics/manga are all images/scans anyway. Better to use cbz or cbr for these. They are zip/rar archives with the extension renamed to cbz/cbr. Inside are just normal jpg or png images.
Apr 2, 2021 · Yes, but the last two to three weeks the ripper groups have been slow/missing stuff. Getcomics.info is a good agrigator for new stuff, with direct links into readcomic along with download options. Much better than readcomics "new" section anyway.
You can also check the megathread by clicking on books section, if you want other options besides that one. Not a website but recently found out the program Soulseek is great for that. readcomicsonline to read comics online and getcomics to get comics ddls. getcomics dot org.
