I am using the following libreoffice command to convert my pdf files into word (doc) lowriter --headless --infilter='writer_pdf_import' --convert-to doc:"MS Word 2007 XML" sample.pdf. After converting the output document is having each line bordered with a rectangular box. But if I use the same command with MS Word 97 it is working perfectly.
Mar 20, 2020 · Check the file permissions for the document or drive. Make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space. Open the file with the Text Recovery converter. When I try ti convert it into Excel it works for a while then chokes, saying something like "Save As cannot create the file."

Oct 24, 2020 · 1 Correct answer. If you're using a Windows machine, and have Microsoft Office 2016 or newer, you may convert your Arabic PDF by launching MS. Word, then "Open" the PDF in Word as such MS. Office will do the conversion. We found this method gives you a higher success rate than letting Acrobat do the conversion.

Jul 20, 2017 · Thank you, Bernd. I've found the Action Wizard and added the Export function. A follow up question: when I select "word" format the program 1) still requires that I approve the conversion to word format (i.e., vs. excel or another format) and 2) that I select where I want it saved (when this is part of the "Save" function) and 3) what the file name should be (again, part of the "Save" function also baked into the wizard).

Mar 17, 2019 · Oh, it does make a difference! The Mac version of Office 365 does not have a dialog box launcher because it still has menus. Just go to the Format menu and choose "Paragraph" and use the two tabs at the top. When you export to Word, you will get this. The Settings button is darker and on the right, just above Cancel.

I didn't see a feature for "Print Scaling" in Acrobat, but when I hover in the bottom left corner of the PDF, page size is A4. PS. You can see "scaling" in the first screenshot.
