They are particularly well known in eastern Canada and amongst French-speaking Canadians. They fly a lot of trans-Atlantic routes to France. Air Canada tried to purchase Air Transat a couple of years ago.

If the chargeback fails either initially or at a later date should Air Transat dispute the chargeback then if you paid by credit card then proceed to claiming a refund under S75 where your credit card provider is also liable. 4. Email the CAA ( Civil Aviation Authority) and complain about Air Transat refusing to refund you despite EU261.
Mar 18, 2020 · Air Transat is following Canadian government advice which is that they can issue vouchers instead of cash refunds. If the flights are from the UK, EU261 still applies which means you can demand a refund but I fear they will simply say they are following their own country's rules and ignore your request.

I particularly like the sewing tips on House of Alistair but what has happened to Create and Craft TV? No live TV just repeats and not accepting orders. Anyone know what is going on?

Apr 5, 2024 · They refused and said it was up to Wizz to agree. Called Wizz at check in and a rude person hung up resulting in us being forced to pay 48 each to get home. There were a few other travellers with the same issue. I have looked on line and it seems there are many articles the same that suggest Wizz do this alot.
