  6. Jiudun (Joseph) Yan received the M.Sc. degree from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., in 1988, and the Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1998. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool.
