The Johnston Canyon Hike to the Lower Falls is 2.3 km (round trip) and has about 105 meters of elevation gain. The Johnston Canyon Hike to the Upper Falls is5.5 km and 201 meters round trip (clocked exactly from my watch). Both hikes are easy and follow a well-maintained trail suitable for all.
