  8. Peter Dinklage gives a very understated performance and absolutely shines in The Station Agent. No contrived plot, just a heartfelt story that is driven by character interactions and feels so realistic and believable. Simple, but incredible direction from Tom McCarthy, a modern-day indie masterpiece that I’ll watch over and over again.
