I have tried chatting with customer service and I am consistently referred to the 9 69 36 39 00 number, which they insist is for service in English, but when I dial this number all I hear is French. I listen carefully for an option to select for English but I don't hear one.
Oct 1, 2014 · Kept referring to "French mobiles" - without explaining if to a French operated mobile or a mobile within France (big difference). Made personal remarks about me, when I apologised for failing to understand the website. Told me that my job was to listen. He should go and get a job on a stage in a theatre!!!

Résolu : Bonjour, cela fait presque 1 mois que le replay des chaines de france télévision est en panne, les émissions se lancent mais bloquent et sont impossibles à visionner alors qu'il y a le son. J'ai contacté plusieurs fois le sav et le problème persiste, c'est lamentable de payer un service.

Dec 3, 2018 · Vérifie l'état de ton compte Orange dans ton espace client, appelle le 3900 (c'est gratuit), ou passe en boutique pour t'assurer que tout est en ordre. Une arnaque se repère par un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants. le mail ne t'es pas envoyé personnellement, tu es en copie caché. le texte du message n'est pas daté.

Also I have provided my email for bills but never received them. After 3 month I have received a bill saying I have to pay 134 euro instead of 49.77 with all the penalties.
