May 8, 2015 · An hour and a half before the start of play, Yusuf Pathan occupied one corner of the Eden Gardens. A solo net was in place beside the boundary ropes and one of the members of the team gave him a few throwdowns. Yusuf’s objective in the nets was clear - smack every ball as hard as he could and find that sweet spot of the bat.
Yusuf's IPL moment-to-remember came in 2010, when he made a cracking 37-ball 100 against Mumbai Indians and almost single handedly won the game for the Royals who went down just by a whisker.
