  1. Oct 26, 2020 · I've heard that there are many sites that are mirror sites of 9anime. They baically use 9anime's platform to bait users into getting malware. Is there a list of sites which are legit because I've been using 9anime.to and it seems safe. If anyone knows please tell me or link it that would be helpful.

  2. Jul 1, 2023 · Check 9anime.to. VirusTotal can flag malicious ads and some providers detect piracy sites which is why it tripped. As long as you're running an adblocker you're just fine. Been using the site for well over a year and a half now and neither Malwarebytes nor Defender have found any threats.

Most popup and redirect advertisements originate from the Video servers instead of 9Anime, as a result the 9Anime team is unable to remove or modify said advertisements as much as they wish they could.

  7. Mar 5, 2022 · Use an adblocker. Use 2 if needed. It is safe to watch as long as you don't download anything from those redirect sites. It could that is trying to direct you to the .center domain, it's been doing it off and on for a while and a fair few browsers/antivirus will flag anything with that domain.

Feb 5, 2024 · As long as you have an ad blocker to not accidentally click on the ads youll be fine. from my experience 9anime/aniwave (I call it 9aniwave) has the UI. it's safe as long as you're using the official sites. It’s probably fine. I mean much safer sites get hacked all the time and there really isn’t much you can do.

  9. Dec 20, 2018 · That is to say, a fake 9Anime site can’t create a cookie that affects the real site unless your privacy settings allow it. If you’d like to be careful all the same, then you can always clear cookies from your browser. Stay safe, and have a good time.

  10. 9anime/AniWave is pretty safe. I use uBlock Origin to get around the ads and I've never had a moment's trouble. watching pirated streams cant get you arrested, i believe, could be wrong. i dont use a vpn and im fine, but definitely use adblockers n firefox. just dont download it or whatever w/o vpn n ur fine.
