The "disco disco" bit was the only stereotype in the movie that has no basis in reality. Israelis do not like disco music. I guess they thought it was a funny nonsensical stereotype so they just went with it. Edit: Actually the fizibobalah drink they had in the movie does not resemble any Israeli drink I know.
