Mathar Ramakrishnan Gopakumar (born 24 September 1951) is an Indian film, television and theatre artist from Kerala. He began his acting career through Malayalam stage plays and later in tele-films and television serials and into films.
Gopakumar has contributed to the Indian cinema by working in the films Bodhi (2014), Chayilyam (2014) and Chewing Gum (2013). He has won the Kerala State Film Award for Second Best Actor in the year 1999. His 2019 release includes Priyappettavar, directed by Khader Moidu.
