May 11, 2021 · Fort Bragg is a wonderful coastal town visited for its picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. Specific points of interest bring in visitors, including Sea Glass Beach. After years of garbage being thrown in by residents, the sea has now worn down the discarded rubbish.
Fort Bragg is located on the Pacific Coast Highway, California Rte-1. A US Army officer named it for one of his old commanding officers, Braxton Bragg ( 1817 – 1876) who was a career U.S. Army officer. He was later a general in the Confederate States Army.
