    Gyms are not 24 hour, I believe they close at 8 or 10. You get a pay for a membership to either gym, and can add on the swimming membership. Both gyms offer free classes you book in advance via the app. Powerbase is full of squat racks so there's not much waiting around, hollywell is better for cardio equipment.
