Tollette is a town in southern Howard County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 240 at the 2010 census, [3] down from 324 in 2000. Tollette was established as an all-African American town by Sanford Tollette and his wife Caldonia Crofton Tollette in the 1800s.

In the 2010 census, the population of Tollette consisted of 232 African Americans, seven whites, and one Native American. Caddo lived in the area long before the first European explorers arrived.
