Builder provides only Allotment Letter which is accepted by Banks for final disbursement. Builder’s charges high maintenance charges and provide Tanker water supply instead of Govt. approved water connection.

Hello, The para stated by you in the query shows that you are in possession of the property. The sale deed is also registered so there is no necessity for a possession letter.

Nov 10, 2013 · What I understand is that before/while we take possession, builder should give following documents: Occupation certificate. 'No dues' certificate. Power of attorney. Allotment letter. But the builder is saying to first sign the documents and then he will provide the documents through mail later.

I have paid 95% amount to the builder, only 5% left which as per agreement letter I have to give on time of possession. I have received a letter from builder to our reply to possession scheduled to the builder.

Oct 12, 2015 · The builder has received an OC for first 7 buildings. Now, building is asking for consent letter which states following points. That I am fully satisfied with quality of work and I have checked that builder has fully followed plan. I have no object if builder wants to add more floors to building and make structral changes to building.
