Psilocybe strictipes is a psilocybin mushroom which grows on grassy meadows and lawns; It is found throughout the cool temperate and subarctic regions of the Northern Hemisphere and it is most common in Europe, and the Pacific Northwest. It is closely related to Psilocybe semilanceata and Psilocybe pelliculosa.

For the longest time as I've grown older, life has caught up with me, and the only time I've had to go hunting is on the weekends when I'm off from work.
Apr 13, 2008 · Liberty caps can be eaten both raw and dried. During drying, most of the psilocin will degrade and effectively disappear, but liberty caps contain mostly psilocybin which doesn't break down as easily as psilocin. Therefore, liberty caps are one species that keep very well for years if stored under appropriate conditions.
Dec 26, 2009 · Liberty caps have a higher psilocin to pilocybin ratio than cubes (I think). I know psilocybin is converted to psilocin upon ingestion but it must make a difference. I also think that libs have a higher baeocystin content than cubes which also probably makes a difference. Libs are stronger than any legally store bought cubes I've ever had.
Jun 4, 2011 · There is a 'liberty cap cummunity project' thread somewhere on the shroomery, several experienced growers tried to cultivate them, I don't think any succeeded yet. Cubensis is not an option for outdoor growing in the UK, you could produce several fruits during the summer, but most work would still have to be done indoors.
Sep 21, 2005 · Second I was wondering if anyone has any experience growing Psilocybe Semilanceata (Liberty Cap), and what the growth parameters are for that species. You get blood meal from your nearest hydroponic gardening store, second if your going to grow liberty caps, you should make a terrarium with dirt and grass growing in the terrarium then inoculate the spores or what ever and grow it in bulk straight out of the live grass.
Oct 18, 2021 · Yeah, i think the natural aspect of liberty caps should profoundly inpact the experience. Looking forward to trying! I'm quite new to psychedelics, had 5 experiences so far this year with golden teacher, 2.5gm each time. I would say quite intense at the peak, but short duration. I would be on the floor for a while!!
Oct 5, 2004 · one fresh ounce of liberty caps or twenty to forty fresh specimens or 1/3 fresh ounce. or one dried gram to two dried grams for those with experience. 2 to 4 doses in a fresh ounce./. The description and dosage you posted for above are for P. cyanescens. It should not have been linked to the liberty cap photo.

I am hoping to try my luck at finding some liberty caps in the wild this year... I have read up and looked at pictures and things on identifying them and I'll like post pictures here for help should.
Aug 11, 2009 · I would also suspect that they (libs) are out there, but it takes both luck and knowledge to find them. The perfect habitat is not just a cow pasture, it is where the grass has the perfect amount of moisture, nutrients, moss, cow population in relation to the space etc. Look for habitat photos and find 100 of those pastures and I think you will find liberty caps.
